About Our Company
From Dixie Egg Company's Corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, we operate a warehouse and distribution network that primarily services Florida, Southern Georgia and a variety of locations around the globe.
In the egg business, freshness and quality is everything. We have no third party components in our Fresh Shell Egg Delivery system to ensure you get the freshest eggs humanly possible. We even produce our own feed to ensure quality control. And, as the first step to further distribution into retail and foodservice channels, we understand the imperative need for speed and reliability. Therefore, we own all of our own refrigerated trucks and all our drivers are actual employees of Dixie Egg Company to ensure reliability.
HISTORY
In the 1930's, Jacob Klempf traversed the farmlands of Wisconsin to collect eggs from farmer's wives and, in turn, provide them with precious, and often clandestine, "egg money."
Two generations later, Dixie Egg Company is in the learned hands of Jacques Klempf, at the helm since 1979. Under the tutelage of his father and a marketing degree from Florida State University, Jacques has fine-tuned the rock solid business practices that have been Dixie Egg Company's reputation for as long as Humpty Dumpty has graced our cartons (1948).
Uncompromising quality control standards, seamless service mechanisms commodity-based pricing are all integrated into Dixie Egg Company's time-proven and tested vertical marketing and supply chain.
