Humpty-Dumpty

Foodonics International, doing business as Dixie Egg Company, owns a busy bunch of hens. The company distributes the fruits of their labor (some 50 million dozen eggs a year) to its customers in the retail food and foodservice sectors. Foodonics sells brown or white cage-free and organic eggs. Available as private-label or under the company's Humpty-Dumpty brand name, its eggs are sold in the southeastern US, as well as overseas in Africa, Europe, Japan, and South America. Foodonics also offers reduced-cholesterol eggs under the Eggland's Best brand. The company has operations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Puerto Rico. The company was founded in 1948 by Eddie Klempf, father of current president, Jacques Klempf.
