Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. is the largest producer and distributor of shell eggs in the United States.

We strive to offer a favorable product mix of quality choices including conventional, cage-free, organic, brown, free-range, pasture-raised and nutritionally enhanced eggs. Our shell eggs are primarily sold to customers across the southwestern, southeastern, mid-western and mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. We are vertically integrated with best-in-class operational expertise across our network of production, processing, packaging and distribution facilities.

Based in Ridgeland, Mississippi, we are proud of our rich agricultural heritage and the values that were instilled in us by our founder, Fred R. Adams, Jr., in 1957. These same values have defined our business for more than six decades and are deeply rooted in our culture. As of June 3, 2023, our operations included 3 breeding facilities, 3 hatcheries, 6 distribution centers, 25 feed mills, 42 shell egg production facilities, 29 pullet growing facilities, 43 processing and packaging facilities and 3 egg products' facilities.
